Registration for boys basketball is open.

Aktivate registration must be complete prior to tryouts. If a student does not complete their registration at aktivate.com (formerly Register My Athlete) they will not be able to participate in tryouts.

Physicals are required every year.

Story

"Official high school open gyms and weight training will begin in the fall.

Players are built in the offseason. This can come from playing multiple sports, focusing on the weight room, getting additional game experience, and/or raising your individual skill level.

- Carson Valley Basketball Association (Minden)

- Reno Tropics (Reno)

- 775 Select (Reno)

Local Camps, Clinics, and Skills Training:

- Rise 8 Basketball Academy Summer Clinics at the MAC (Carson City)

- Nike Basketball Camps (Reno, Tahoe)

- Shoot 360 Skills Training (Reno)

Participation in any of these development opportunities has NO IMPACT on tryout decisions other than providing an opportunity for student-athletes to get better. During tryouts all will be given the opportunity to showcase their abilities and competitive rosters will be formed based on behavior and performance both in the classroom and on the court."
